Returns
You can return products within 1–5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be unwashed and undamaged
- Be in the original packaging
- Have all labels, seals, and tags intact
Note:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used or opened products
- Products with tampered seals
- Items purchased on sale or special promotions
- Customized or limited-edition products (if any)
Refunds
Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued within 1–7 business days
- Refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment
- Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
If the return is rejected due to damage, usage, or missing packaging, the product will be sent back to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or wrong products, subject to stock availability.
If the required replacement is not available:
- We will process the request as a return + refund
Exchanges for reasons like fragrance preference, texture, or personal choice are not accepted once the product is opened.
